The Anti-Human Trafficking Program Evaluation provides two types of evaluation.
It engages in privately contracted program evaluation for particular organizations pursuant the terms of funding or in anticipation of grant applications.
It also collects data on the personnel, resources and services of non-governmental organizations that are involved in the care of human trafficking survivors in Connecticut or which engage in fundraising in Connecticut for services offered elsewhere. Information is to be provided to the Connecticut TIP Council on an annual basis. This project was motivated by the proliferation of organizations alleging to provide victim services, and it is hoped that the information acquired will be helpful to state agencies and potential donors.
